The company come with personnel already armed with knowledge and experience both in housing construction and development, are able to devote their time and energy in creating innovative residential and commercial buildings of outstanding quality.
As a Community Developer, PASIR DELIMA SDN BHD constantly delivers products and services of unrivalled quality and value to its customers. Our modest goal is to put up structures and buildings that last and designed for better living. It is aimed at building it today to last for many future generations to come.
Semenanjung Teguh Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 19th June The core business of the company has been in building construction and related activities.
On 20th July 2012, the company has an authorised capital of RM1,000,000.00 and paid up capital of 750,000.00.
The founding members of the company are Mr. Tan Khiam Heng and Ms. Tan Pek Li. The company is supported by a strong team of professionals, engineers, specialists contractors, skilled workforce with vast experiences in construction industry and multi-disiplin engineering fields. The strong track records consistently show the company’s quality work and early delivery of products.
